CLASSIC FULL BODY MASSAGE

Also known as the Swedish massage. This massage is great for people who are really too busy to slow down and relax. It will help you to relax and become exceptionally grounded.

LYMPHATIC MASSAGE

This massage technique, Lymphatic massage techniques are used to cleanse the lymphatic system of the body. The lymphatic system is part of our immune system and aides in the overall health of our body. When the lymphatic system becomes overloaded, we can experience flu like symptoms that could worsen and become a full blown cold.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep Tissue has become a generic term used to label any heavy pressure massage. In truth, Deep Tissue Massage is a very specific massage technique. Deep Tissue therapists look for shortened muscles and/or distorted postural patterns. With slow deep strokes, the therapist works to lengthen the muscle fibers, to restore balance, and to reestablish structural and functional integrity to the greatest degree possible for the client. Deep Tissue Massage increases range of motion and restores economy of motion.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Hot Stone Massage is a form of body work that involves the application of heated stones to the body within the context of a therapeutic massage. Round, smooth stones are heated to a luxurious warmth, oiled and used in the palms of the hands to massage the body. Heat penetrates deeply, prompting profound relaxation, increased detoxification, and relief of long-standing muscular tension, stress and fatigue.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE

Aromatherapy massage has long been used to help promote relaxation and treat stress - many illnesses of the mind and body are a result of inability to cope with stress therefore aromatherapy has much to contribute in maintaining health both physically and psychologically. Massage will relax both the mind and body - massaging with essential oils enables relaxation and a feeling of well-being inevitable leading to a reduction in stress and anxiety. Clients will also benefit from the therapeutic relationship with their therapist.
